Inventories are never re-used. A brand new inventory is produced for each and every tenancy to enable any amendments or changes to the property to be accurately recorded. So long as Inventory Direct are commissioned for the original inventory make and check outs of the property, these subsequent new inventories are free of charge.

All inventories are carried out to a high standard regardless of size or level of furnishings. All Inventories include our exclusive video tour.

We ask Tenants to sign a copy of the Schedule of Condition at check in. The Agent or Landlord will hold the original signed copy. This reduces the risk of disputes arising at the end of Tenancy, as Tenants are clearly aware of their obligations.

We offer an after care service where we can schedule the condition of a property during Tenancy on a quarterly, yearly or one off basis.
