Why use an independent Inventory service?
A professionally prepared independent Inventory provides a complete description of a property. Everything is included, from the type and condition of interior decoration to the number of saucers – and whether any of saucers are chipped. Inventories are equally important for unfurnished and furnished properties.
When is an Inventory most effective?
Inventories are most effective when the tenancy ends, because your property has undergone an inspection before and after a tenant has moved in & out, this inspection allows us to give an unbiased cost estimate of works which need to be done to bring the property to the way it was before the tenancy term, this money will then be extracted from the tenants deposit.
What makes us unique
Of course, there’s little you can do when a tenant takes a furnished property and returns it unfurnished after disappearing with the contents (Theft & damages exceed the deposit) However, our OPMMS allows us to monitor and record tenants behavioural patterns. We work very closely with a list of large referencing companies, we monitor and record any problems this information will be captured and highlighted, making it very difficult for problematic tenants to abscond and re-house, or even worse a CCJ, the more agents & landlords that register tenants to this scheme the easier it will become to locate absconding tenants.
