After your property has been rented we will put your property onto a waiting list, we will continue to advertise your property on our advertising portholes under the waiting list status, this allow tenants to add their details to your waiting list queue. We collate information to give you a statistical report including comparables, detail of market trends and activity in and around your area. This information is available to you online. We update this information monthly.

This is an invaluable service and is mostly used by our developers who have over 200 development properties, we have constant area surveys done to find out government details about new projects, housing, shops, supermarkets & travel sources being built in and around your area that will effect your property rental growth (the surveys are added to the static’s report available online)

Statistic’s & enquire levels

We categorise the level of static’s which each property obtains, if the property is not obtaining the average areas level of static’s, we attempt to suggest cost effective improvements which can be done to improve the stats of that particular property. The static’s are mainly based on tenants enquires, area, type of property, quality of finish & number of bedrooms.

  1. The overall average enquires per property should be between 25-35 a month that means when your property is ready to be added to the open market you will already have 25-35 tenants wanting to view.
  2. To have a continual source of tenants enquiring about your property. This is a good backup plan for tenancy needing termination before its time.
